Will guest phones still work if GSM towers are congested?
Our WiFi offloads data from congested mobile networks. Guest devices connect to our APs; traffic exits via bonded uplinks independent of overloaded tower sectors.

Yes. We isolate POS and ticketing on a secure VLAN with higher QoS than guest social traffic.
